Just a short boat ride from Vashafaru, Kelaa is known for its lush greenery and fertile soil. It’s an island where coconut palms stretch high above your head, tropical fruits grow along the paths and home gardens are still an important part of everyday life.

We’ll wander through the village together, stopping to discover the fruits and vegetables that thrive here, hear a few local stories and walk beneath one of the most beautiful coconut groves in the north of the Maldives. Before heading back, we’ll stop at a local café for a refreshing fruit juice.

It’s a chance to see another side of the Maldives. Green, peaceful and wonderfully authentic.
